Sorry, I forgot to answer your questions, about her heat cycle. Bitches usually begin their first estrous cycle (heat) between the ages of 6 to 12 months. Larger breeds sometimes later, 12 to 24 months. Heat usually lasts an average of 21 days. For some dogs it can be a few days more or less. She will probably come into heat again in about six months, averaging two heat cycles a year.

You can deal with the blood by using puppy panties and pads, so she doesn't make you/your house/ or herself messy. It goes without saying you don't want to allow access to her by any male dogs as it could result in an unwanted pregnancy.

There are many health benefits to have your girl spayed soon. An unspayed female has a greater risk of developing mammary tumors, as well as uterine cancer. There is also a risk of serious uterine infections that can be fatal.
Pregnancy itself can be dangerous for your pup as there can be numerous complications. And ideally you would not allow her to be bred until she is at least 18 to 24 months of age.

A litter of tiny yorkies can be adorable. But, please eduacte yourself if you are planning to breed your dog. Whelping puppies is not an easy job. It requires a lot of knowledge and work to do it successfully, and hopefully without heartache.

BTW, you can discourage your pup from the arm humping without yelling at her, or scaring her. Just be firm and tell her "no". Good luck!
