Our Piper was spayed at 6 months, and she was a "humper" of human arms, all her short life. Normally it happened only after an exciting play period, and she seemed to favor only myself, and my daughter's boyfriend. She rarely tried to be that "intimate" with others! We would gently tell her "no" and dis-entangle ourselves from her frantic grip. It was pretty humorous, though.
