They messed up by changing the name because a lot of long standing customers walked away 1) because their package prices were higher if and when you converted fully (which you had to do to upgrade your phone) and 2) no one knew what sort of service they were going to provide so they figured why not take their chances and move on and get a good deal elsewhere from someone that was around.
