It is interesting on feeding schedules. We all get up at 6am, so I have some cooked carrots & apples ready right away. That take care on their tummies being empty all night. If they eat a little something right away, it helps to avoid vomiting. Caused from the acid building up.
Lunch time varries between 11 & 1. I figure that is 5 to 7 hours from last fed. I do leave kibbles out all day for them to snack.
Dinner is at 6pm. Could be chicken & rice Or whatever.
We have a water fountain that is plugged in all the time for them to drink.
Although mine go on potty papers, they can go when they have the need.
My girls go down the stairs at night off the bed if they have to. Max will bark to let me know if he has to go pee in the night. He has been sleeping through the night when he is done eating & drinking by 7pm. We go to bed usually by 9 or 10.
So 6 shouldn't be to early. If she is thirsty she'll let you know. Mine do by licking our arms. Then I give them a drink out of the hamster bottle, to subside them.
