  Dana...
I'm SO WITH YOU ON THIS !! I have a friend who is awful with her puppies - after her last problem where she left her little puppy in a room where he tangled himnself up with electrical cords - her and I no longer speak because she just can't take care of her animals - I got so upset with her trying to help that she just stopped talking to me....her puppy has since died cause of the burns he received being locked in that laundry room.
TO Zoewies mom....Oh sweetie - you friend has a BIG PROBLEM !
I'm sorry to say that but that is just awful what she's doing and is only going to make her puppy a nervous wreck or kill him...It's abuse plain and simple.
I would take that poor baby in a SECOND if I saw an opportunity - I know you're friends and all but PLEASE talk with her - if she treats her puppy that way...poor innocent thing...then she's a potential child abuser also - I cannot STAND someone who raises their hand to animals or kids...that's just so wrong and she needs to stop before she kills that puppy. This was really upsetting to read...I wish you the best of luck with your friend - but she doesn't sound like a very nice person.
