I highly recommend the Shea Pet shampoo line that Jennie (sassypup.net) offers on her site. There are two versions of the shampoo, both gentle, but there is an extra gentle formula. The shampoo contains shea butter as well as oatmeal and essential oils to calm the skin. There is also a spray Herbal Moisturizing Treatment that acts as a conditioning spray for the days in-between bathing that also has calming features and there is a balm (I dont' know if Jennie sells that) that is specifically for hot spots and such.

I just switched over to these products and simply can't say enough great things about how it has so quickly enhanced the texture of their coats.

If the food is good and you are using Missing Link, I would look to your grooming products next. Maybe she needs to be bathed more often rather than infrequently. Hope this helps. BTW, Jennie (SassyPup) was offering shampoo/conditioner samples as well - there is a thread on it....
