 Yorkie Baby in heat! Humping arms??!
I have a 10 month old unspayed female yorkie. She has been going through heat for about 3 weeks now. At first, she was bleeding all over the place, very moody, all her potty training out the door, and she would hump our arms. She stopped bleeding, but her nipples are very erect and she is a little swollen down there. She still hasn't stopped the humping... and well, we had some friends over, and it was kind of embarrassing. But I didn't want to yell at her or punish her because I know it's probably not her fault. Is it normal for female yorkies to hump? And how long does the heat last and how often will it happen? Thank you in advance. |
