Ferdinand's ears are stinky, and the vet told me I needed to clean them as it may be yeast. I bought some doggy ear cleaner. I have to laugh at the instructions "Simply fill the ear canal....." LOL, simply huh? I think not.

My bf was holding him and I was trying to "simply fill the ear canal," but he was growling, snarling, and moving his head all over the place. I was afraid he would either bite me, or the cleaner would get in his eyes - so we gave up. It was impossible. Any suggestions for calming him down enough to clean his ears? The only idea I had was do it while he's sleeping, but I would feel bad for him waking up to his ear filled with fluid. Then I'd have to wait for him to go back to sleep to do the other.
