I am so sorry your baby had to go through surgery.
I do hope it corrects the problem and she will heal nicely.
Do a search on the search tab and I am sure you will get
information regarding LP.
I would call the vet back and ask nicely for more information
so you are comfortable taking care of your baby.
Sometimes doc's forget they are talking to ordinary people
and we have no idea what they are saying. I'm sure that's
the case.
