Revolution for puppies/kittens (pink box) is the only flea/heartworm med our vet advised because of Ruby's small size. She was 1.65 lbs when she started. I don't know if the heartworm portion works as well as others, I have to take my vets word on that subject. I certainly wouldn't give both.
