I also have two bulging discs, and I have had lots of pain at night for a few years now. I have been afraid to fork out the bux on the tempurpedic because even though they have a 30 day trial, you have to pay $175 to return it.
Anyway, in the meantime, I picked up a memory foam topper from Joann's. I think the one I got is 3" thick. I got it on sale plus with the 20% coupon they have every week on their flyers.
This has really helped, and it was under $100. I'm sure the mattress would be better, but if you can't afford one, this is a good substitute for the time beiing. |
