We have a tempurpedic mattress and we absolutely love love love! It is more expensive than traditional mattresses, but worth every penny.
Now, of course, there are those who don't like them. My daughter has a friend and she and her husband did not like theirs - there is a 30 day trial period where you can return it and they did. But they are the only ones out of ALOT that I know that have a tempurpedic and love it.
One other thing is that they are warmer to sleep on so if you get hot when you sleep, you might not like them.
