the last dog i saw in hospital with the same type of poop your describing (mucusy) had colitis. i'd ask the vet about it next time. it wouldn't hurt.

also it could be the food she's eating. try switching her to something without so many byproducts. If you buy her food at petco or petsmart you can pick up a bag of nutro or natural balance next time. they are higher quality and may work better on her stomach. I'd try the allergy formula's of the natural balance. they might be easier on her.
