That is so sad. It's not the animals, fault it's the owner fault. Punish the deed, not the breed. That man should never be allowed to own an animal again. I always thought you should have to have a license to buy a dog. You should have to go through all kinds of classes, and they should do a back ground check on the person to ensure they never abused or hurt an animal before. This just makes me sick. |
