I don't know if this will help, but I did a quick Google search and the only thing that came up was a Sandra Fischer of tinyyorkies.com who owns a stud named Raisen who has the Mayfair and Chelsea Nimar lines in his pedigree. She may be able to at least point you in the right direction or give you "contact info".
