There are so many Health Ordinances for any of these Large Chain Stores that carry Food. They don't have a lot of control over it. They could lose their License...
Personally....I don't care WHERE dogs go....you can sit one under the chair of the table next to me in a restaurant....fine with me!
The Europeans are much more laid back about that sort of thing. Sigh...we're so Germaphobic around here and people have so many allergies. I'm beginning to think we've made our environement TOO Sterile!
I was never so healthy as when I spent every day in Barns. riding horses.....mucking stalls, surrounded by Horses, Cats, Dogs...Mice...God know what. And there I'd be , sitting on a Haypile, eating a Sandwich with my dirty hands...lol.
