That's amazing that you stayed there and helped out. I'm not sure if it will get easier for you the more you go, but I think you will feel really good about being there and giving them love and attention. Sometimes the hardest things to do are those that bring the best rewards (in this case, to the doggies). Imagine how wonderful the dogs must have felt while you were there rubbing their heads and giving them kisses. It amazes me how many people don't want their puppies and doggies b/c of potty training issues or too much barking, etc. It's wonderful that you were there to provide them with love. |
