Oh my. Well, I know she's getting them off herself... and by herself. I was digging through our doggy drawers a little bit ago and found Preston's harness from when he was a pup. It looks like it will fit her, but I'm so hesitant to make her wear that since when she was little she had one (way smaller than his) but it really messed up her coat. Although Preston's old shirt fits Pixie now, too... and Pixie's old shirt fits Caddo! I'll have to get pictures when I'm finished with my research paper...

Meantime about the collar - her "new" one is still in tact, she's just figured out how to unbuckle it. And when we go potty outside, we work on offleash training in our front yard... and she's highly supervised (and does a great job, too) so she doesn't *really* need one then. She does go to school on Saturdays and I'll have to put her collar on her for that...

I think my biggest fear is what if she slips out and has no ID? It was hard enough getting her back last time WITH ID! I need to figure out a way to make her leave *something* on. Not that I anticipate her running away - I pray it never happens again and we take much greater care now... but still, things happen.
