I agree with volunteering...You should try to get a volunteer position at a hospital. While I was in high school and college I volunteered at the hospital for years. I loved it and learned sooo much. I volunteered in various departments of the hospital such as pediatrics, burn center, ultrasound, and the emergency room. That will give you a really good idea as to what area you're most interested in. I highly recommend it. Good luck on your ACT!
