You can get a Matbreaker at Petsmart for a little over $20. I works really well. You can see it on Petsmart's website ($16.00 on the web). I absolutely love it! If you baby bites at your brush, just get a helper to hold them while you cut the matt. It doesn't take long. Don't use it like a comb, just put the comb at the root of the matt and twist the matt breaker a little at a time and it won't pull their fur and hurt. Then you can take a regular comb and ease the matt out a little at a time. It really works and you can purchase replacement blades when those get dull. Good luck! |
