Carolyn may point for posting on this thread is to explain to " k2p1e " why some show breeders will not help or even refer a novice. When a "True Show Breeder" is done wrong by someone that has not been honest it makes them not want to extend a helping hand to a novice. A novice needs a honest loving mentor to help them, but when one honest reputable veteran show breeder has been wronged it spreads like wildfire to all the other honest reputable veteran show breeders. Which makes it more difficult for people like " k2p1e " to receive the helps she would like to receive. There are true show breeders that do not always agree, but they will come to the aid of each other when one has been wronged. I believe " k2p1e" will have her dream come true, it just takes alot more determination if there are negative issues concerning new novice that is spreading like wildfire among the show world.
I do not breed, but I have and do show. My yorkshire terriers bring me great joy and I love being able to spend the time with them.
