If they were my kids, they would probably prefer to be in jail. I would beat the daylights out of them! How could any teenager do that to a defenseless animal? Once I got through with the kids, the police might want to come take me away to jail.
Honestly, though. I would have to punish my child severely for a stunt like that. All children should know better, and all should be taught better. I could not allow actions like that to go unpunished.
