He is getting better please check out his post Babybear Update. He had undiagnosed AAI(Atlantoaxial Instabilty) a defect in the vertebrae the first two. There is a instability there and his doctor never caught it and he jumped off my lap and broke his neck. Took him to the vets giving him mouth to mouth and the doctor misdiagnosed again. I went for a second opinion and found he had a broken neck. But please check out his post of updates.
