Your little girl looks more around 5 weeks than 7 to me, maybe it was an old picture? Be careful with breeders, there are so many unethical ones out there and it can get you in a load of trouble!
I heard someone say the pup was only 450.00, it is a pure bred yorkie and does she have clean genetic lines? You may wish to check those things out, even if it seems like you are getting a great deal now, if you end up with a pup that has a load of health problems you will have to spend thousands of dollars trying to fix it. I paid a good amount for both of mine, they are very healthy and I've spent close to 1,000 dollars already just in shots, boosters, vet visits, medication for upset tummy's or diarahea, flea and heart medications etc. My point is, even with very healthy dogs vet bills can run up really high, really fast, with an unhealthy dog its WAY worse!
I know how exciting it can be to get a new pup but I too would suggest waiting until they are 10-12 weeks, I would say 9 weeks at the youngest.
