London looked VERY chocolate when she was 5 weeks old, brown nose and everything but now at 14 weeks old she is very very dark chocolate and her nose looks black. She almost looks standard except when you put her next to my other yorkie Teddy, which is standard, then she looks brown.

The nose should be brown and also the pads on their feet are brown. I kn ow cause I keep up with most of the folks who have my chocolates. I gave one to my grandson and she has white with chocolate running thru her. She is the prettiest yourkie I ever bred. Another one I bred is chocolatey red all the way. That is the one that AKC finally listed as chocolate on her registration papers. Sometimes the chocolates may get lighter, but they never change back to standards. None of my yorkies have ever had any health problems from being bred chocolate either. If I could figure out how to post a picture I would let you see my 2 month old fem,ale chocolates, they are very pretty!
