 sorry, this is gross!
This actually isn't about my yorkie but my roommates' pitbull(7 mo. old):
Yesterday she had told me that she thought Daisy had started her period but then realized she had bloody poop/pooping blood, very very bad diarhea and howling and just the sight of her was pitiful. Her vet mom told her to give Daisy some doggie kao-pectate (i have no idea how to spell that, never use the stuff!). She did but now today it's still bad, Daisy has apparantly SPRAYED poop on our walls and carpet and is still bleeding. She's now taking her to the vet but I was wondering if anyone knew what this might be!?? Daisy's never had any shots or even seen a vet's office as far as I know. I am keeping my puppy away from her at all costs now, they were around each other yesterday playing but she's had all of her shots so I'm hoping she'll be okay and this isn't serious or contagious. Does anyone know what's going on with Daisy or has heard of these symptoms!!??? |
