The fact that they are licensed by the Department of Agriculture is pretty much a dead giveaway that they are a puppymill. Our government subsidizes them!
A way to protect herself or anyone for that matter in the future would be to use a "puppy escrow" service. You can google it on the internet and find one. This way you can't get scammed! |
