I would estimate that an 11 week old pup weight should be around the 3 pound range in order to get at or close to 7 pound full grown size. Good Luck!! about the floppy ears , I wouldn't just close a door to it as my "Miley" had ears very floppy , and now they are perfectly up, but it will be a risk as they may go up or it could never happen.
