We use Cingular, have had them for about 6 years and have had no problems with them. I recently had to upgrade my plan (I have my phone and my oldest son's phone on one) and when I did, I purchased the media bundle package for him - it has been a lifesaver!!! He gets text, internet access, and we both get free cingular to cingular calls, roll-over minutes, nights and week-ends are unlimited. My bill averages about $100 month but that's partly my fault - I didn't purchase a media bundle package for my phone and sometimes I go over on my allotment of texts. And I purchased insurance on my son's phone just in case. Cingular has different plans that you can purchase and if you don't go over the minutes for calls and texting, you can get a plan as low as $50/month (if not lower). What you will find helps is any plan that allows free incoming/outgoing calls to another cell phone who has the same carrier!
