Girl, do not buy a CKC pup because it cannot be registered wwith AKC unless both parents are. i know this for a fact. Also, do not start breeding a floppy eared dog if you want to be considered a serious breeder. I have one with floppy ears (pup). I am shaving and taping as well. All littermates have had ears up for a long time. All parents and relatives for several generations back have all had erect ears. BUT, if I cannot get her ears to stand, she will be spayed and sold cheaper than my others with limited registration. I'm sorry, I know they are cute as can be but i don't like them and it is my opinion that they shouldn't be breed.
