Thats about how the breeders I know are but they dont have both AKC or CKC theirs are only AKC and if someone wants a Yorkie for Pet only ....then they Just dont send for their papers. The Breeder I got Mickey from adds 100.00 for the papers 100.00 off with no papers for pet only.
