Thank you all for your advice!
I would also think its because she wants to play but i try playing with her when shes like this and she doesnt even pay attention to me. If at any other point in the day you throw a toy shes drop everything and chase after it.
Is seems like she is trying to show her dominance but shes only dominant for those 5 minutes of the day. The rest of the day she mostly listens to what she is told, was fairly easy to train and doesnt bark much. So i dont know but it does seem like shes trying to show her dominance.
As for getting her a little brother...I WOULD LOVE TO.
Im hoping to get another one towards the end of this year because im planning to move out of my parents apt. I dont think i can get another one right away but i want another little girl ASAP.
I really want to see more of the dog whisperer but i dont have the national geographic channel so i've only seen a few episodes that are on his website. He definately has a way with dogs but i cant use a lot of his advice right now. Im in NY and its like 20 degrees here so going on long walks is out of the question.
I hope she gets more used to my new schedule and calms down a bit. She doesnt respond to yelling or smacking her tooshie but i will try the spray bottle tonight.
Actually now that i think about it she does this even when i'm home all day. Today i'll be home all day but trying to study.

Thank you all for your ideas.
