That does not seem like bordom to me. Why would she be bored when everyone is home?
I think she is beginning to show signs of dominance, and someone in your household has to assume the role of pack leader.
If there is no clear pack leader in the "den" the dog will take over the job. It sounds to me like she is scolding everyone for being gone all day. Not because she is bored but because she thinks she is the leader and you don't leave the "den" without the leader.
