My dog had the same problem and the vet gave me a dietary supplement containing Fish Oil, and vitamins A, D, & E. They're in gelcap form, so you can stick in in your dogs mouth and make them swallow it, or you can poke a hole in it and squeeze it in his food and just mix it up. That's what I do with mine, and it makes him eat even more of his food. lol. But I only give it to him about once a week now, because the problem was gone within about a week. Oh, you can get the supplement from PetSmart. They have a large variety for you to choose from. Also, my vet said not to bath dogs more than once a week or their skin will get to dry. And also, you should youse an oatmeal shampoo and conditioner becauxe it is more sensitive on their skin.

Hope that helps!
