Default Change in Behavior

Hi,

I had a dog that behaved that way a long time ago. I had a traumatic change in circumstance that I guess my dog sensed. I can only recommend watching the Dog Whisperer on the National Geographic channel. His advice has helped me and my family keep our position as pack leader in our house with our two dogs. I'm an avid Cesar fan because back when I had the behavior issue with my other dog, I hired a dog psychologist/trainer who did nothing like what the Dog Whisperer teaches. And to think I wasted a few hundred bucks thinking my dog was hopeless.

P/S- speaking of becoming the pack leader, I made sure both dogs submitted to my cockatoo. She will climb off her perch and make her way across the kitchen floor, completely ignoring both dogs to climb up my leg (yes, very needy). Xena and Gigi just look at her befuddled. They don't seem to know what to make of my bird.
