I did want to rescue a Yorkie a while back and it was such a hassle! It felt like I was being treated like a criminal. They were rude to me and would not work with me in any way, shape or form. I don't have small kids, I have a fenced area for them - but I never let them out alone anyways... etc... I finally gave up. I know they want to be careful but being careful is one thing and what they were doing was a bit overboard. Right now I could be loving on one or two rescues and giving them a great home and lots of love (and toys and treats
), but I guess it wasn't to be.
I was just really disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.
