Default breeder

Since you have the papers and pedigree, you can try contacting a few Hungarian breeders and ask them.
Try..

I have seen these breeders Yorkies on World show sites..they belong to the FCI which I hear is important in that part of the world...but I have a feeling you are not going to like what you hear back..think about it? If someone in Hungary contacted me and said they bought an American Yorkie from a pet shop and wanted my opinion of the breeder..even if I have never heard of the breeder, what do you think my perception of a USA breeder who sends their pups half way around the world to be sold in a pet shop is going to be?
You see, all Yorkie clubs have a code of ethics..the members can not sell their pups through brokers or pet shops...plus a good hobby breeder is even more particular where their pups go I find.
Good luck
