Our PetSmart is very awesome. The trainer is very, very good. She's young (she looks about 16-17 but is probably a little older) - which I originally wondered how much she could know... but she's definitely proven herself over and over.
We have come a long way in everything - including potty training. I don't know that they all do this, but we work for 50 minutes on "stuff"... then we have discussion for about 10 minutes. She'll pose a topic, and we take off with it. Once we discussed jumping on people, once it was chewing and digging, pottying a couple times, etc. She always has great suggestions, and Pixie has learned so much... it's unreal. We are a very happy PetSmart Obedient family
Also, the socialization is very, very important. Pixie stays inside with 2 cats, so that's her real socialization with other dogs. She really enjoys the time she spends there and loves to sniff butts.
