My little shih tzu has seborrhea and it looks exactly like the scabby picture. Is the scab on the oily side? If you take it off it will look like the other spots.
Cassie has to have special shampoo for the condition and if she has a breakout it does itch. The main places she gets them are on the top of her head and around her neck.
