OKay I am treating them with the peroxide and neosporin like you all said. She really does not like the peroxide and does not like me touching it at all. She is not itching it at all unless of course i start messing with it. So maybe it is not mange after all. I am still going to get the Vets opionion but he can not see me till tomorrow morning at 8:00am. Hopefully I will know more than. Thanks all for helping me.
