i don't think its mange either. They look they scrapes or puncture wounds. mange doesn't look like that inthe begining stages.

Just keep the area clean. Wash the spots with soap and warm water. if teh scabs are really crusty try and get some of them off with the warm water soak. after you clean the area thoroughly pat it dry. Next put the peroxide on a cotton ball and let it soak into the wound. Let it dry. Once its dry you can put neosporin on it. Keep hair out of it if it looks like its irritating teh wound more. you maybe have to clip the area, but you shouldn't have to since yorkie hair is so thin.
