Wow that is HORRIBLE! That is sooo horrible for a person to say let alone really want to do! Who could anyone put a little furbaby down for a reason like that??!!!! You for SURE did the right thing!!!
As for breeding, AKC would allow it BUT the sperm count is usually very low or nonexistant on a dog of that age.
