Everyone is not as knowledgable as others or experienced. Those that are need to realize that at some point they too were in the newbie spot posing the "dumb" questions, and I'm guessing that most of that knowledge came from a learning experience. Aking questions no matter how off they may be is how people learn and become knowledgable so they don't make the wrong choice with their furbabies and can teach others. Try to educate and not lecture or criticize. Would you rather they not ask and possibly cause injury or harm their dog?
