it might be mange but i don't think so from the picture. mange is caused by mites in the skin. I would take her to the vet to have them looked at just because they are big and look really really red. They look like sores. keep them clean with peroxide and you can put neosporin on them. If she's itchy where they are you can use the hotspot spray. keep an eye on it.
