Hi Winnie,
Lulu ate her poop for a while when I first got her. I had to keep a close watch on her when she went near her litterbox and hurry up and clean up any poop. Then when she went in the litterbox and didn't eat it, I would praise her and give her a treat. It worked but took some time.
