here is my 2 cents about cowboy magic detangler...I bought a bottle yesterday and used it on Dixie. She was so matted from her shirt being on too long <my fault>..anyway i put some on her and let it on for 30 minutes then i brushed her...it went easier but not totally gone..i put a little more on where the brush was sticking in matts, and worked it in her hair with my fingers, left that on awhile...then brushed her starting at the ends and working my way to her body....mats were all out, then i bathed her...today i brushed her and the brush still goes right through easily , actually she looked pretty good after waking up
