Five hundred dollars, don't blame you. I wouldn't want to lose that amount.I hope she does get prosecuted to the fullest. Someone needs to stop this from going on. I feel so bad for you, thinking & waiting for your little one to come, & then nothing. Keep us up to date. If you need help finding a breeder I'm sure their are people in here that can help. By the way our puppy arrived last night. He was as clean as a whistle. In a nice crate, with a blue bed inside. I'm very happy with this breeder. He was 3 times what you paid, but he is worth every penny. Good luck to you finding another.
