She sure is a cutie and at 9 months is still just a puppy without all the new puppy worries. You could also pay a lot more for a 3 month old puppy & it still grow to 10 lbs and ears not stand up. If it is for your daughter & gs, maybe they will have a better feel when they actually see her. Also, what are your/her other choices? That should also help you with your decision. Good luck
