Veggie Cabobs here's one of my favorite show stoppers.
You get
zucchini
mushrooms
eggplant
cherry tomatoes
pearl onions
pineapple
and yellow, red, or orange bell pepper.
The big things you cut in chunks, and then you put them in some random variety on a skewer.
Then You glaze them with:
2 tablespoons of Honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
salt and pepper
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
