My goodness, I don't think that is too high, rescues can charge nearly that much! Plus, if people advertise their pets for much less they may end up in a home that doesn't want them as badly, just bought because it was cheap. If size isn't and issue and you aren't going to breed her, and if she seems like the right dog, I'd say go for it. (I may be a little partial, she reminds me a bit of my two).
